- No refunds are issued
- Final payment confirms acceptance of the work

If your project includes:
- Premium themes
- Plugins
- Hosting
- Third‑party subscriptions
These costs are non‑refundable, as they are billed by external providers.
6. Consultation Services
Consultation fees (marketing strategy, website audits, etc.) are non‑refundable, as they are based on time and expertise already provided.
7. Missed Meetings or Delays
If a client misses scheduled meetings or delays the project by not providing required materials, this does not qualify for a refund. We will always attempt to reschedule or continue the project when possible.

If you are unhappy with the work delivered, please contact us. We will:
